Practise your plié: the Swan Lake Riyadh ballet is dancing back into the city real soon.
Recognised as one of the best ballets in the world – composed over 100 years ago by Russian composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky in 1975 – the popular performance is coming to a theatre near you.
Taking place in the Red Theatre at Prince Nourah University on Friday May 3, 2024, the two-act performance promises to ignite your passion and unleash your imagination.

Swan Lake Riyadh 2024: what is it
As mentioned previously, the popular ballet composed by Russian composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky in 1975 is a classical ballet consisting of a two-act performance by Moscow Ballet La Classique, a leading ballet production founded in 1990.
Performers will don lavish costumes and showcase their talents across one-of-a-kind stage sets including a moon-lit lake with swans silently gliding, truly capturing the essence of this splendid theatrical romance.

The exciting event is taking place at the Red Theatre in Princess Nourah University near King Khalid International Airport.

Mark your calendars for Friday May 3, 2024, as that is when the ballet is gracing the stage. A previous performance took place in March 2022.
Swan Lake Riyadh times
As mentioned previously, the ballet will consist of two performances: the first starting at 3pm and the second at 8pm.
Doors to the show open an hour before the performance, with each act lasting a total of 50 minutes, with a 20-minute break between each set.

Tickets to the ballet start from SAR200 for Bronze seats, SAR300 for Silver seats, SAR450 for Gold seats, SAR750 for Platinum seats, SAR850 for Diamond seats and SAR1,250 for Royal seats.
The minimum age of entry is two years old, while groups of over six individuals, a family of two adults and two children, and students with ID verification get 10 percent off.
